Verona to Lake Garda Shuttle Service
Book a transfer from Verona to Lake Garda — from the romantic city of Romeo and Juliet and the magnificent Roman Arena to the shores of Italy's largest lake, where Mediterranean gardens, medieval castles, and Alpine peaks create one of the country's most beloved holiday destinations.
What to Expect
The 30 km journey takes just 30 to 45 minutes heading west via the A4 motorway, with the first glimpse of Lake Garda's vast blue expanse appearing quickly between the rolling moraine hills.
About Lake Garda
Lake Garda is Italy's largest lake — a 51 km-long jewel stretching from the Mediterranean-climate southern shores of lemon groves and olive trees to the dramatic Alpine northern end where mountains plunge vertically into deep blue water. Sirmione, on a narrow peninsula at the southern tip, offers a spectacular Scaliger castle, Roman villa ruins (Grotte di Catullo), and natural thermal springs. Malcesine on the eastern shore has a Venetian castle and cable car to Monte Baldo for paragliding and panoramic views. Riva del Garda at the northern tip is a windsurfing and sailing mecca. Limone sul Garda's lemon terraces, Gardone Riviera's Vittoriale degli Italiani (D'Annunzio's eccentric villa), and the Gardaland theme park make this lake extraordinarily diverse. The microclimate supports gardens of palms, bougainvillea, and citrus that give the lake a distinctly Mediterranean feel.
